Vintage grappa from pomace with a complex and aristocratic aroma distilled by steam in small batches, elevated in the oak barrels in which the Sassicaia wine was previously aged.

Raw material: Cabernet Franc marc, Cabernet Sauvignon
Distillation: artisanal, in small batches, with copper alembic with discontinuous steam boilers
Aroma: wood, vanilla, cocoa, coffee, licorice
Taste: complex, structured, majestic
