The prestigious Jacopo Poli is an artisan distillery owned by the Poli family, founded in 1898 in Schiavon, near Bassano del Grappa, in the heart of the Veneto, the most traditional region for producing Grappa.
It has a very identifiable flavour thanks to a harmonious cuvée of grapes of the same variety, members of the same family but different clones, origins, harvest times and vinification methods. Th grappa is obtained by the PoliVitigno method. It's made from Muscat grapes and distilled in the traditional way, in small batches with a discontinuous bain-marie still.
