The Asolo Prosecco Superiore Extra Brut Millesimato Fanò di Astoria was born on the hilly terrain of Asolano, in the province of Treviso.
It is obtained from pure Glera grapes, harvested and selected only by hand, once it has reached perfect ripeness, in September. After the classic vinification processes, the second fermentation takes place according to the Charmat Method, with re-fermentation in autoclave for about 25-30 days at a controlled temperature of 16-18 ° C, with a few days aging on the lees and in the bottle for a few weeks.
Prosecco Superiore Asolo Fanò di Astoria is characterized by a pale straw yellow color, and by a minute and persistent perlage. It opens to the nose with a clean and elegant yellow fruit scent. On the palate it is pleasantly acidic and dry.
Perfect in combination with first and second courses based on fish and shellfish, this prosecco is ideal for accompanying delicious aperitifs, bank meats and fresh cheeses.
