It is a dense and concentrated wine, with intense and dark carmine colour. The nose is of great richness and very characteristic of the variety. Showing ripe berries, sweet spices and tobacco. Soft spicy hints of anise and paprika add complexity, the mouth is generous, great texture and sweet tannins that are smooth and concentrated.

A small percentage of carignan and petite verdot have been added to the blend to refresh the palate and make it more vibrant. The wine is persistent and has a long finish.
